We have South Carolina head football coach Shane Beamer on the podcast today. Heading into his third season, Beamer has garnered a reputation for one of the more colorful and energetic coaches in college football. But since it’s late July and we are still at the beach in our minds, we have selected an old Jimmy Buffett tune, Son of a Son of a Sailor for today’s music. In some ways, Beamer does embody the adventurous spirit captured in this song, but reality is we feel we have a few more days (or at least a week) of beach time… even if it’s in our minds and there aren’t many better bar on the beach songs than this one
